Our body is an integrated system of systems. If your goal is to train the Muscular system, all other systems must also be addressed. For instance, the Hormonal system heavily influences the Muscular System. A man with low Testosterone will often have decreased muscle tone, and higher body fat. A woman who has high cortisol (stress hormone) production will often retain fat in her midsection, even if she is thin everywhere else.
To illustrate how important your Nutrition and Digestive System is, I will say this, “NO ONE WILL EVER ACHIEVE THEIR OPTIMAL FITNESS GOALS, NATURALLY, WITHOUT PROPER NUTRITION AND DIGESTIVE HEALTH”. This means you can’t ‘out-exercise’ a bad diet. You are what you eat, and you can’t build strong muscles out of pretzels, bagels and frozen dinners. If you can’t afford both Fitness Coaching and Nutritional Counseling, definitely start with the Nutritional Counseling!

Contrary to what most of the latest trendy, fad driven exercise routines claim, there is no “one size fits all”. You are unique, and your workout and diet should be as well. My Full Body Assessment will uncover any imbalances in your body and tell US how to correct them. I say US because part of my Coaching service is educating you on HOW your body works, WHAT exercises and lifestyle changes will fix it, WHY it will help, HOW to do it with me, and HOW to do it on your own. Your experience does not stop at the end of our session, it’s something that you will carry all day/week/year long because you will have the knowledge and tools to do so.
