Back in the Holiday season of 2024, I sent a text out to all of my past and present clients wishing them a Happy Thanksgiving, but also giving them a little pep talk. I didn’t discourage eating, drinking or being merry. However, I did provide some tips and hacks to provide a shield against some of the unhealthy choices we all inevitably make on holidays. These strategies can apply to any holiday, bachelor party, vacation, etc. Enjoy!!!
As we Navigate through the toxin obstacle course that is Thanksgiving, let’s not forget to give thanks to or our numerous detox pathways. Without them, we’d all be dead.
Our liver, kidneys, lungs, digestive system, lymphatic system and skin will all be working overtime tomorrow to protect us from the additives in our food, alcohol in our glass, chemicals in our aunt’s perfume, EMF’s from our phones, and the mental/emotional stress from our least favorite family members.
What can we do to improve these detox pathways when we need them the most?
